I'm certified to administer and debrief a suite of scientifically validated assessments from Multi-Health Systems. The EQ-i 2.0 is the anchor, but I can also pair it with tools that measure how you approach change and how your personality shapes the way you work — so you get the full picture, not just one slice of it.

The EQ-i 2.0, and its multi-rater companion the EQ 360, is the leading validated measure of emotional intelligence. There's a version tailored to almost every context:

The Change Style Indicator measures your preferred style for approaching and responding to change, placing you on a continuum between three styles: Conserver (prefers gradual, structured change and clarity about what stays the same), Pragmatist (explores change objectively and bridges the other two styles), and Originator (prefers faster, more far-reaching change). It's especially useful for leaders, teams, and any organization navigating change — and it pairs well with the EQ-i 2.0 to show both how you feel through change and how you tend to act on it.

The Pearman is a modern, validated personality-type assessment built on Carl Jung's type theory. It goes beyond a fixed four-letter label by measuring two things together: your personality type (your natural and demonstrated preferences across eight mental functions) and your FlexIndex — your psychological flexibility, agility, and resilience. The result is a developmental picture of not just who you are, but how readily you can stretch beyond your defaults. It's a strong fit for self-awareness, communication, and leadership work, and can be combined with the EQ-i 2.0 for an integrated view of type and emotional intelligence.
Not sure which assessment fits? Email me and I'll help you choose — or, if you'd like to deliver the EQ-i 2.0 yourself, see EQ-i 2.0 Certification.
