No. The EQ-i 2.0 is built for professionals across many fields — coaching, HR and L&D, education, leadership, healthcare, law enforcement, the military, and government. I teach the science you need from the ground up.

MHS will notify me and I will reach out to you. We will review the questions you missed and then I will reopen the exam for you to take again.

Portal access doesn't expire. You may need to regain access to your portal if significant time has passed. MHS can help you recover your account.

• Full refund if you cancel before I've sent your assessment link or mailed your training materials.
• Partial refund once your assessment link has been sent and/or your materials have been mailed ($150): the assessment and materials are non-refundable, since they can't be returned or reused — but the rest of your tuition (the live training) is still refundable up to the cutoff below.
• No refunds within 7 days of your certification start date, for any portion. However, you can transfer your paid tuition to another session.

All scheduled cohorts run live via Zoom. For participants in the Maryland/DC region, I can also deliver the certification in person — email me to arrange it.
