I deliver interactive emotional intelligence workshops and clinics, in person or virtually, for leadership teams, organizations, and EQ professionals. Each one is built around the EQ-i 2.0 model and designed so participants leave with an action plan, not just awareness.

Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop

A comprehensive, interactive EQ workshop combining instruction, individual work, and small- and large-group activities. Participants will:

  • Build a working understanding of emotional intelligence using the EQ-i 2.0 model
  • See how emotional intelligence maps onto transformational leadership
  • Dive into their own EQ Leadership Report and build an action plan to leverage strengths and address growth areas
  • Recognize how aspects of EQ can lead to derailing behaviors
  • Use the Leadership Effectiveness Framework to understand how their core values shape their leadership

Refresher for Certified EQ Coaches

Certified but haven't used the EQ-i 2.0 or EQ 360 in a while? This small-group clinic gets you back into rhythm so you feel confident administering, interpreting, and debriefing results. You'll leave with:

  • A clean, updated walkthrough of the EQ-i 2.0 framework and composite/subscale structure
  • Refreshed confidence in reading results and identifying coaching priorities
  • Best practices for a high-quality debrief and follow-up plan
  • Space to troubleshoot real scenarios you've encountered

Coaching Clinics

A skill-building workshop and practice lab focused on coaching presence, questions, structure, and strategy. Topics may include:

  • Powerful questions and listening for what's underneath the words
  • Turning insight into behavior change, not just awareness
  • Handling resistance, defensiveness, and low buy-in
  • Building coaching plans clients actually follow
  • Practice labs: role-play, feedback, and skill refinement

Best for: beginner coaches who want stronger execution and better client results.
